I’ve taught English (ELL, ESL, EFL) to adults, university students, and middle- and high-school students, both in the United States and as a Fulbright exchange teacher in Germany. Most recently I taught adult English language learners in a community-based program I co-founded and coordinated as a volunteer.

I am the author of the True Stories reading series, published by Pearson. The textbooks evolved from materials I prepared for my own students, as did the lessons on this site.
