Dream Vacation Worksheet

A.  Read the sentences under the photo. 

I’ll be in on vacation in the Caribbean for a week.
It’ll be warm there.

The contraction for I will is I’ll. The contraction for it will is it’ll. (Pronunciation tip: It’ll rhymes with the word little.)

B.  Complete the sentence below.

Where are you going on your dream vacation?

I’m going to ___________________________________________.

C.  Answer the questions. Begin each answer with I’ll or It’ll.

1. How long will your vacation be? (For example: five days, one week, etc.)

2. How long will it take to get there? (For example: two hours, one day, etc.)

3. Where will you stay? (For example: at a hotel, in a tent, in a cabin, etc.)

4. How will the weather probably be? (For example: hot, sunny, snowy, etc.)

5. How will the food probably be? (For example: expensive, delicious, spicy)

6. How do you think you will feel?  (For example: happy, relaxed, excited)

D.  Read the questions and answers aloud with a partner.
